An unfinished basement often signals a home’s untapped potential. This family sought to utilize the basement space for their hobbies and recreational gatherings. Our team designed and crafted a section of the basement for games and lounging, as well as space for watching TV. Clever use was made of an existing concrete structural feature, which was crafted into a built-in sofa area.
