Kitchen Addition, Screened Porch + Deck

This over 100 year old beauty received a new addition, connected to the existing interior space through a large opening in the rear stone wall of the home. Beyond the addition, a new timber framed screened porch was designed and constructed by our team, as well as a new deck. Of highest importance to the family was light and connection to the beauty of the exterior yard. The addition of the screened in porch allows for further (bug free!) enjoyment.
