1st Floor Renovation

Fishtown

Our clients in Fishtown came to us looking to renovate their 1st floor. With young children the space was no longer working for their growing family. It was important in the design that each room would tell a different story. While each room features a distinct color scheme, they are beautifully tied together.

Early in construction, we discovered we could obtain almost 1 foot of additional ceiling height. This made the space feel more spacious and open. The previous kitchen was transformed into a new eat-in area. Originally it had two small windows which we enlarged for more light. Adding the under-stair powder room was a huge plus for the family and we were excited to design the room based on the wallpaper they already purchased.
