For these Homeowners, there was nothing more important than family. With regular extended family gatherings, multi-generational meal preparation, and pool parties, the need for a connected and warm first floor with an expanded Kitchen was of primary importance. The existing Kitchen was small and dark - not ideal for multiple chefs.

The access to the pool was indirect, with no views of the swimming children. New Market created a space that opened both views and access, and connected the generations through large, open and bright spaces to create memories for years to come.
