Penn Valley

Originally a screened porch, New Market transformed the space into a comfortable home office and guest room. A beautiful existing stone wall was preserved to maintain the character of the house. During demolition, a vaulted ceiling was uncovered, which was highlighted by adding a new ceiling beam. The floor was raised to align with the main house level and new flooring was installed. The exterior received new siding, thoughtfully selected to blend with the house’s existing facade. 

New Market also renovated a bathroom to create a larger, more functional space for the family's growing kids.
