"After an unexpected flood, our Washington Square West clients used the unfortunate event to renovate their lower-level kitchen. 

The homeowner loves to cook and collects cooking vessels, tools and cookbooks - with a special love for all things mid century and 70’s vibes. 

New, custom rift sawn white oak cabinets and matching full size doors line the kitchen walls. The cabinets incorporate open cubbies for display and easy-reach items, as well as glass paneled tall units for the bonus eating/pantry area. 

A combination of recessed routed-in finger pulls, brass knobs and pulls adds dimension, while the full height tile backsplash adds a pop of color. Classic terrazzo patterned luxury vinyl tile flooring provides a warm and ergonomic surface for this slab on grade kitchen. Quartz countertops and granite composite sink are durable enough to last this kitchens lifetime."
